Our commitment
What we are aiming for
Last updated: August 4, 2026
We want this website to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, navigate with a keyboard, need larger text, or have limited vision, hearing, or movement. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at Level AA, which is the standard most healthcare organizations use.
Where we stand
What we have done
- Every image has a text description, or is marked as decorative so screen readers skip it.
- Headings run in a logical order so you can move through a page by structure.
- Links say where they go. You will not find a bare "Learn more" on this site.
- Text and background colors meet the contrast standard.
- The whole site can be operated with a keyboard, and you can see where the keyboard focus is.
- Pages reflow and stay readable when you zoom in or use a phone.
Where we may fall short
Parts of your experience rely on outside services that we do not build ourselves, such as our patient portal and our intake forms. We check them and raise problems with those vendors, but we cannot guarantee that every part of them meets the standard. If you run into a barrier in one of those tools, tell us and we will help you another way.
If any part of this site or our office is hard for you to use, we want to know.
In person and in touch
In the office
Our Hurst office is on an accessible route with free on-site parking, accessible parking spaces, and elevator access to Suite 401. If you need an interpreter, including a sign language interpreter, or any other accommodation for your visit, tell us when you schedule and we will arrange it at no cost to you. Video visits are available across Texas if getting here is the obstacle.
